SgtTalbert
Hi All, Soooooo.... My LIPO died on me on Saturday morning - turned up, chrono'd the rifle, went to test fire and battery died so tbh I think I am just going to stick to Nimh batteries...they are easier for my simple brain. therefore, could you recommend me a PEQ and nimb battery that will fit please? Cheers,
AF-UK Founding Member Deva Posted July 2, 2012 AF-UK Founding Member Share Posted July 2, 2012 Silly question maybe, but are you sure it was charged and did you use a lipo charger to charge it?
SgtTalbert
Yeah, I used my smart charger which does all the battery types (according to the description!) it beeped and the screen said fully charged so I assume it did - fire-support said to bring it to the shop on Saturday and they will sort it out so hopefully I may not need a PEQ! AF-UK Founding Member Deva Posted July 2, 2012 AF-UK Founding Member Share Posted July 2, 2012 I'm sure they will sort it. It could well be the gun and not the battery. Have you got another battery to check?
SgtTalbert
Yeah, I had my M4 with me also so I plugged my 8.4v 2200 crane stock into the ICS rifle and it fired fine, ended up taping the battery to the rifle so I could use it lol Yeah, FS have been very helpful so far so shouldnt be an issue hopefully
SgtTalbert
Just to let you know... turns out there was an issue with the lipo so they switched it for this: http://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/inte...rgeable-type-15 Also booked my G&G M4 in for an MOT and also my ICS Concept for a tightbore and spring change
