Hi,I have just bought my first bb gun its a sniper rifle with like a little sliding scope on it.How does this scope work I mean what are the numbers 1-12 for?

 

Meant to say this is the gun Bison Russian SVD Dragunov Bolt Action Airsoft Sniper Rifle 701

What do u mean by sliding if u mean you can twist the numbered section I would imagine its either zoom adjustment or windage etc a pic would help a lot

it doesn't have a big scope like you guys have

 

this is a link to the gun it has a bit metal with numbers 0-12 which makes it higher or lower just don't know what the numbers are for

It doesnt have any scope :/

 

If you're referring to the rear sight that can be elevated up and down, that would be a the range for aiming at?

If It's what I'm thinking; it's the rear-sight.

 

On the real rifle it would be to adjust for elevation, graded in increments of 100 metres; but with the short range of airsoft guns, it's just decoration, pretty much.
