TIER 1
****CALLING ALL BUDDING ACTORS / ROLE-PLAYERS**** Anyone wishing to participate in Operation JAWBREAKER at Copehill Down FIBUA Village 29 June 2012 as non-combatants and play as local Afghan civilians may do so at a discounted rate of £45 for the weekend. We already have a large group fulfilling this role, but we are inspired and would like to extend the invite to everyone. You will be involved in realistic interaction with the coalition forces and be instrumental in helping build an organic intelligence picture for the operation to unfold dynamically. The scenario places you in a dangerous urban environment and you will be living and working stuck between warring Special Forces and the Taliban. You will exposed to car bombs, IED's and suicide bombers. We already have shopkeepers and people manning food stalls, so you are free to use your imagination and create an authentic role(s) to suit yourself. If you are interested and are prepared to look and act the part, please contact: [email protected] Kind regards. Ed.

Supporters Airsoft-Ed Posted June 15, 2012 Supporters Share Posted June 15, 2012 Still having to pay to a part of the non-gun wielding crew seems a little unfair, I'd have thought you'd get in for free if your presence is entirely for the sake of making the experience more realistic for everyone else. You could have a day's skirmishing at any other site and have change left from £45. I can't make it down either way, just thought I'd make my thoughts known. I have to say I agree with Ed, if it was free it would be fun but given a very tight budget ATM (a £250 Masada doesn't help ) I wouldn't may twice what I would for a normal skirmish and have to source the loadout etc
TIER 1
Fair comments gents, however, the invite is aimed at people that like to RolePlay more than play airsoft. Copehill Down FIBUA Village is an incredibly expensive site to rent. Our pricing is as fair as it can be for everyone. Regards. TIER

TIER 1 Would the extras get a chance to play at the fibua village after the event was finished even if it was only a col of small games for say a col of hours if so that would make the cost more justifiable to a lot of the guys here? Unfortunately not - We have to clear up the site after END EX. However, as the CIVPOP, you will be able to take up arms. There will be tribal disputes and every local carries a weapon for protection. Depending on how the story / scenario unfolds, the locals may decide to choose an allegiance to either the insurgents and or the coalition forces. There will be a big dust up for everyone attending, especially on the Sunday. Other benefits of playing as CIVPOP are that you can help decide the outcome of the event. Regards.
