Sneaky Ninja
Its been well over a year since I last skirmished and that is a good indicator that i need to find a new home for most of my guns. Question is, I've let my UKARA membership expire, so am I even allowed to sell on my guns? would appreciate some advice as to how I go about doing this. BaggyPants
You don't need a defence to sell, but the person you sell to needs one for you to legally sell to them.

lemon191
get a ukara number and contact a retailer who will check it is legit or if they just have a site membership you can contact the site directly they are the most accepted ways although there are others. Supporters Finius Posted June 9, 2012 Supporters Share Posted June 9, 2012 They don't necessarily have to have UKARA either, though it is the ONLY method of defense that we have had promised is safe by the Home Office. All you need to do is see enough evidence of their status as a skirmisher that you are convinced a judge would agree that they had a right to a defense, how they choose to prove that to you, is up to them and it's up to you what you are willing to accept if they do not have UKARA, or whether you are willing to accept anything other at all (most people who bother to check won't take anything else).
