Knee and elbow pad inserts/padding

anyone knows where to find knee pad inserts for a BDU? When googling can only find heavy duty ones for construction workers. Maybe inserts or padding isn't the right word for them?

i think airsoft club has knee pads in bdu

Try looking for the 5.11 knee pad insert or Tru-spec. Both available in the UK.
