What have you made?

Not really 'made' anything, but wanted to separate my sector gears and couldn't figure out how after removing the screws and came up with this brilliant idea:

It's hook on both sides so one side needs completely replacing anyway, and then only half the surface area of the 'correct' side is velcro which isn't that stable so it's neater to just replace the whole thing rather than adding a piece on.

Interesting.  I use a wing pouch that only has velcro on one side of it. With the dangler pouch velcro covering over that, it's going nowhere

Just started messing about with paracord my self , made a couple of bracelets(easy enough to do) so try something a bit harder I had a go at a ‘doggy discourager’ for when lm walking my dogs as there’s been a spike in off lead ‘ard man dogs attacking other dogs where I live .

Being a knife aficionado, the law is quite clear.
 

As long as it isn’t defined as an offensive weapon (eg any fixed blade knife, or any type knife with a blade longer than 3.5” in public without good reason), you’re fine.

That is clearly, and obviously, a toy throw for your dog, which you are walking. If you happen to cosh somebody with it, in self defence, it’s no different to whacking somebody with a bag of oranges.

I stand corrected. I used to like pissing my policeman brother off by carting at least ten knives at once.

He got VERY upset when I pointed  out the legislation that said they were no more offensive weapons than a bag of apples ?

 
417 drum adapter v3b is good enough to show pics of. v2 and v3 were based off the Angel Customs drum, instead of the A&K SR-25 drum that v1 used, as that drum apparently sucks, and neither lasted through a single game day. v3c will likely be the final version, I just gotta make a little more room for the rear of the adapter to drop down. Not gonna be a big enough change for a v4. Three part, requires a donor AC M4 adapter, two M3x25mm bolts, one M3x14mm bolt, and three M3 square nuts. Complete reversible back to M4 adapter, so no wasted parts. You’re just using the sliding door, BB retention wedge, and spring. Since then I printed a low infill v3c and it fit, so now I have the final prototype of the two inner parts printing, and if those are all good then we will have a finished version.

Finished the stock mod for my ICS CQR 'Orion'

What I forgot to take a picture of is that you need to chop about 3 inches off the buffer tube. The stock is still completely stable without it. I had to get my black n' decker out for that.
