how often do you guys play? do you guys have like a team that is always playing together or you just turn up and that's it?

Once a month if I can and I go alone mostly but most people are very friendly and after a while you will start recognising people. It is a great way to socialise.

I try and do two a month, btu at the moment once is all I can manage with work and travelling.

For @Portela_999 all of that in the picture is secondhand but still comes to £580 worth - and SWMBO has no idea it even exists (at the moment).

This. I've always liked the G3 but when I got one I found it totally unsuitable for my playing style as I like to go sneaking through bushes and a long gun like that just gets in the way

I play 1 to 3 times a month.

Teams are nice to have and play with together but they're not essential. Depending on the games you play, teamwork is required if completing objectives is your thing such as securing areas, retrieving items, recovering VIPs, etc. For the most part, teamwork with strangers can work out really well in my experience.
