    So my gun didn't last and I can't get the last screw out the GB, it's stripped >:(

      I've used SHS gears before,all with stock AR latches with no issues. AR latch lock is usually not affected by shimming,I've cocked up plenty and never had jams.

      Whenever I've had screws get stuck, I've used a dremel to cut a flat groove through the screw head, and then just unscrewed it with a standard flat head screw driver.

       

      You get the occasional screw that's in an awkward place and that method can't be done... Like pistol grip screws... *shudder* but for a gearbox it ought to be easily doable.
