  1. That does look very good, thank you
  2. Thank you, this looks very dooable. Thank you, will check it out but it is a bit far from me.
  3. An indoor site to skirmish, preferably within 90 minutes drive of Woking area. You make a good point regarding full auto, any will do to be honest.
  4. Apologies if this is in the wrong section I am looking for indoor ranges to play with my 14 year old kids. We have played UCAP Bunker and UCAP HMP Dorchester. Both very good sites however we are looking for something new. Google search didn't seem to offer much unfortunately so I would rather ask pepople in the know. Preferably full auto sites.
  5. Overall a pretty good experience. I did need to call UPS when I realised they had the item on hold, this was not indicated in the tracking information. Once I spoke to an agent, they emailed me the customs declaration which I returned within an hour. After that it was plain sailing. I paid the fees on the 16th, it went for clearance on the 17th and was delivered on the 18th which is 9 days since I ordered. Ordered - 9th Shipped - 12th Arrived - 14th Clearance submitted - 16th Fees paid - 16th Clearance process - 17th Delivery - 18th Pistol - 117 Shipping - 36 Government fees - 34 Brockerage - 14 Total - 201 About 25% more expensive than purchasing locally if the item was available.
  6. I couldn't find the Umarex / KWA USP Tactical locally so I really had no choice but to import. I am collecting the series from Umarex / KWA (USP Tactical, USP Tactical Compact, USP .45, USP Compact, USP Match and HK .45) Hoever the ones I did manage to get locally, USP .45 and the USP Compact were both around 160 so importing is quite a bit more expensive.
  7. Got notice last night of fees to be paid, 34.48 for government taxes and 13.60 for brokerage. It's now on hold with "Due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed." status so I guess it's either in the process of being cleared or it's gone for velocity testing or similar.
  8. Thought I would share my experience so far. Ordered a pistol (153 GBP) from WGC Shop on the 9th of September, it shipped on the 12th and arrived in the UK on the 14th (Sat). I contacted UPS this morning (16th) to ask for the paperwork which I filled in and returned immediately. Lets see how long the release takes.
  9. Mark Rober, he's a bloody legend.
  10. Also got one, thought I would send an email and see if I can gather more information. Haven't received a reply yet though.
  11. Thank you, appreciate your input.
  12. I'm planning on buying a few Umarex KWA USP's from WGCShop, do they sort out the customs declaration and declare my UKARA or do I have to do that when the items arrive? I've bought from Novritsch before and they've taken care of absolutely everything including all charges however Gunfire did absolutely nothing. Just need to know what i'm getting myself in to here.
  13. Incidently, if anyone is interested the fire selector issue was a bug in the GCS app for IOS. Gate updated the app and the issue was fixed.
  14. Can anyone recommend a custom painter, airbrush artist? I'm planning a one-off custom gun and will need a special paint job.
  15. Need a little advice, I really like the SCAR-H but not sure which brand is better. TM seems the obvious choice, should I be looking at something else? Is it advisable to buy 2nd hand to save a bit or should I rather buy new?
  16. Thank you for the advice and suggestions everyone, much appreciated.
  17. Yeah, they said OK to red lasers when we were there on Wed last week if I remember correctly but most sites don't allow them at all. I'll stick with the Feyachi light, fitted it to my RIF and glued the switch pad to the front grip so I can operate it with my thumb. Seems to work pretty well so far but haven't tested it irl yet
  18. This is a great help, thank you. I'm going to look around for a sling plate that is a more accurate fit, hopefully I can find one.
  19. Ah, you make a good point. My inexperience shining through there This is the style of stock I am wanting to use
  20. It seems these SA original parts are quite difficult to find online unless my Google skills are not as good as I thought they were. I assume the PTS stock can be just about any brand but the tube and sling plate should preferably be SA.
  21. Thanks, that little Brighter C looks like a really nice option for pistols
  22. Thank you, I have dealt with Combat South a few times in the past and have always been happy with them. A great bunch of guys. I have ordered the Blaster, just not too sure about the Ngal and what switches to get for my use case.
  23. Myself and my kids played at UCAP Bunker on Wed last week and thoroughly enjoyed it however the lack of having lights and tracers made it very difficult. What are considered good lights and tracers for CQB? I've looked at the Feyachi FL17 light which looks quite good and is well priced. Also, the Acetech Bifrost and Blaster units looks quite good. What would be other brands/models worth looking at? Thanks in advance.
  24. I'm looking to convert my SA-X02 to a PTS stock mainly due to battery capacity and also the standard stock size is a bit small for me. Can anyone advise how and what parts I would need? Thanks in advance.
  25. Apologies for resurecting this thread. I have a KWA Eve-9 with Gate Titan installed, I need to pull the gearbox apart to clean some dirt from the Titan sensors and would like to install a few upgrades while I'm about it. From reading this thread I gather the following upgrades are best. SHS motor (high speed or high torque?) XT piston head Madbull Piston Anything else worth doing? I do not mind spending a bit of cash on getting it running nicely.
