  1. Thank you! This was really insightful and super well explained. I wish you nothing but the best of luck on the fields, and that your BBs strike true.
  2. I've noticed that if I look into the hop-up unit through the magwell after shooting on full auto, the nozzle will be a little all over the place, but if I shoot some 3 shots on semi the nozzle returns to where it usually sits. I am curious as to why this happens? Also, please forgive me if I used any terms incorrectly since I am quite new to Airsoft.
  3. Well, they were the only .30 bio BB my local store had in stock, and let me tell you, they are a pain in the ass. It is so fucking hard to spot them in order adjust hop-up. I'll never make that mistake again...
  4. Oh alright, thank you! Thank you! I'll take a look at smart mosfets.
  5. I am pretty new to Airsoft so this might be a stupid question but is this nozzle misaligned? From what I've seen the nozzle should be all the way through, not half like this. Since I don't have another airsoft gun I can't really crosscheck this, but on my gun when I load a new magazine, the first shot will always be a dry fire, then a BB will be stored in the hop-up like you can see in one of the pictures. I checked and when I wiggle the gun the BB moves slightly in the inner barrel. If it has been misaligned (and I've shot at least 2000BBs through it) could it have been damaged due to this? And if it is misaligned how hard would it be for myself to fix, or should I contact the retailer (Taiwangun). Also, another note: I bought the gun only like 2 weeks ago and I've only played with it once. Airsoft gun AT-NY06 Sword Carbine LITE Mosfet.
  6. Thanks lads for all the help! I'll probably go and buy a 7.4V liPo battery to hopefully counteract the issue. Many thanks!
  7. Yes, I am indeed running a 11.1 lipo battery. I was thinking that this might be the issue but since I don't have any other batteries I've been unable to test if this is the case. Yes the m120 was stock, and I'm getting around 375ish fps with .25 bbs which is around 1.6 - 1.7 joules (and where I live most fields have a 1.7 joule limit for automatic guns). Since I live in Sweden the laws are very loose. It's technically legal to run up to a 10 joule airsoft gun and 3 joule if it's automatic. What makes you think I've perhaps got fps issues?
  8. I recently tried to switch spring on my new "AT-NY06 Sword Carbine LITE Mosfet". I usually run a M120 but I decided to try a SP90 spring for some CQB gameplay. I successfully changed the spring with no hiccups and dry fired a few times on semi. Everything worked as intended until it shoot twice (on semi) and then locked up my gearbox. I switched to my more powerful spring and managed to get it to work again by switching the gun to full auto and dry firing a few times (this might not have been the best way to fix it), and it has worked ever since. Since I'm pretty new to Airsoft I'd appreciate if anyone has an idea why this happened and or how to prevent it in the future. Thanks in advance!
