@Tommikka - Just had a search of Laysick, is this company still around as cant find any available trousers apart from two Ebay listings? Did a bit more of a search and looks like theres not really much option for thick trousers in the airsoft/paintball range. I may need to do some more digging around this as this would be the last thing I need to start skirmishing as I know which face mask I am getting. @Tommikka - Thank you for the suggestions Tomm! Are these any brands for trousers you recommend? (Paintball and non paintball) Just did a quick search on paintball trousers and doesn't seem that there are long trousers with padding around thighs, I only see the shorts.

@Davet Was looking at these, don't they cause issues when prone? @Chev Chelios Does it become uncomfortable when going prone?

Currently looking for groin protection for airsoft. I know people say it is very rare that it can happen to be hit in that area but I would rather be safe than sorry. Looking online, someone mentioned crash slider shorts: https://www.bzpaintball.co.uk/hk-army-crash-slide-shorts I see there is some padding around the groin area on these. Anyone else have any recommendations?

@Tommikka - Thanks for providing this information, that's really helpful. Unfortunately I am on the East side of the country. Do you know any good shops around there? I went down to airsoftzone but they didn't have any BunkerKings.

So I am looking to get a better quality full facemask and was wondering how good are the bunkerkings masks and can bbs go through the little cut outs where the mouth and cheeks are?

Hey @sam_91, I did go in the morning just to see the site and speak with Ray for a short period. The drive for is not bad and I will probably go to games next month. I was planning on going and actually playing but the only thing I need to upgrade is my gear, face protection especially as I have only got a cheap one from TM. Once I get that sorted I will hopefully be at the next games next month. I drive and it looks like there's a couple places that I can get to that are an hour drive or less: Dragons Lair Airsoft, Mayhem Airsoft, camo raids, and Airsoft Plantation. I will probably go to dragons lair a few times to get used to skirmishing and then start going to other sites and rotate from there.

Do you know any indoor sites near the romford/lakeside area by any chance?

What other sites do you recommend? I keep seeing Mayhem site being mentioned.

Yeah, hopefully one becomes available at some point. Been looking for years and nothing has come up on the second hand market here. I do see I can buy just the receiver but would like the whole kit if possible. I've listed a wanted advert listing on here for it, hopefully someone has one available haha.

So I am going to dragons lair site next week. I have only played at one site and that was Bunker 51. Looking for an outdoors site to play and play regularly as I have TM MWS now. For people that have played at this site, how is the site and is it solo friendly?

I wanted to get a holy warrior but when reading a couple reviews on aliexpress apparently some people could not adjust the windage? Not sure if this is a problem with all holy warriors.
