    Rather wet day at Spartan woodland today, briefing and first game was lots of rain then mostly cleared up for the day, humidity was high and my fat ass was sweating non stop, even had sweat dripping over the mesh goggles and filling the holes so at points it became difficult to see. VSR was all over the shop, it's old and well used so it's probably time to retire it to a wall hangar and get a new bolt action. M190 did it's usual trick of going full auto after half a mag so meant I couldn't use it half the time as some sections of the site are semi only. Sand viper performed well for my first game day with it, only used it in the first game alongside the M190 as I run dual pistols with the VSR. Switched out to the MP5 and USP from game 2 onwards and thoroughly enjoyed every single second of it, 5 mags kept me going nicely and got quite a few kills with it. On .3's it was doing well out to about 60m but definitely need to get a new barrel and bucking as it's not super consistent and overhops towards the end of flight but managed to work around it for the most part today. Second to last time I decided to take the Mac out with me too which was a hoot even in single shot, will definitely be taking out both next time and running them both in auto for some giggles. Sadly in the final 3 phase game the red dot got shot out on the MP5 in the first phase, right after i'd spent the intermission zeroing it so a little bit gutting but it's only a cheapy and a replacement is about £20. I even bought a sight protector for that exact scenario and decided in the morning it would be fine without... Hindsight and all that. All in all a great day and got to know a few people and played well with them and very much looking forward to the next game day.

    As a big boy that suffers these struggles I highly recommended Emerson gear stuff, I finally got my long awaited tiger stripe gear from socom and couldn't be happier with it TBH. Fits nice and has lots of room and adjustable straps. Would go for a size up on the top though just for that extra comfort as the main body of the shirt shows every lump and bump 😂

    I'm one of those upgraded sears people, bought my VSR off someone at my old local site in 2006, still has 20 year old upgraded sears and mosquito mold parts 😂 Only thing I've changed in my ownership is longbow guide rings, maple leaf hop unit and rubber and a new bolt handle. I could replace everything for new but at that point I might as well just buy one second hand that's has everything done and save myself time and money. It's not consistent and fps sometimes varies ~30fps between shots but it soldiers on and has never let me down so I'll use it until it dies then it'll become a wall hangar. The M190 I bought around the same time has also soldiered on and only last month the piston lid shit itself mid game, have had far more issues with newer guns tbh.

    WE Apache A3 and KWA USP 9, cheeky little H&K setup as I want to have a few games where I'm not sat at the back like a loser with my VSR and get my fat ass moving a bit more, need to set up my second belt to suit this load out but thankfully won't need a million pistol mag pouches as I won't be running 2 pistols with this. Or maybe I'll run a Mac with these 2 😂

    Few bits for the M190 and drug lord. New piston head to replace the 20+ year old one that disintegrated at my last game, new nozzle and anti freeze build for both. Fitted all the parts to the M190 and now it's pushing the bb's into the barrel past the rubber so it's all got to come apart again to figure out why. Fuck HFC. Pictures of the MP5 and USP combo to follow once I can get it out at the weekend without the Mrs knowing it's new 😂😂

    Drop it another 150 and it'd be a good deal for a beginner. You could easily get all this kit between places like patrol base/socom/action hobbies and eBay/vinted for well under 300 if you had a little bit of patience.

    Various bits of gear no longer needed. Believe it's an M92 holster with paddle attachment and mag pouch. Paddle is Blackhawk, rest is unbranded. £5 Universal holster in DPM, fits everything from a 1911 to DE. £5 BNIP Amomax M92f holster, got this for my HFC but the compensator doesn't fit in the holster without cutting the holster up so I got a per fit holster instead. SOLD CamelBak hydration pack in DPM, no bladder just the carrier. Is old and used but still has plenty of life left in it, will take up to a 3L bladder. SOLD Viper laser cut molle belt and harness in MTP.     I'm just joshing bud I don't take anything personally on the internet! 100% it's full of rip off merchants and chancers, I've seen partially used bottles of average bb's being sold for the price of a full bottle of Geoff's or longbows. Definitely preying on the ill-informed and naive on there in the hopes to get a sale to someone desperate for gear but not having any kind of defence. No seller on there has ever asked me for any kind of defence but regularly asked on here and prefired.

    Up for sale is one of my display pieces I never thought I'd sell but I haven't had the space to display it so it's sat in the box since getting it aside from putting a couple of mags through it in the garden. Has had 4 mags through it total. Boxed with all the bits that come with it from new including the leaflet and quality control check tag. Has a few scuffs to the bipod feet and marks on the mags from inserting into the gun. One mag leaks from the fill valve as I stupidly didn't leave it gassed, new O ring and some grease and it'll be good as new, if I get time before selling I'll sort it but not guaranteed so take it as one leaking. It's a heavy beast at 7KG so not really a skirmish gun unless you're a masochist or built like Arnie. Retailing for £600-£850. Happy to post, will be in the region of £20-£25.
