Have still had no update with UPS on my delivery. Has been with customs for a third time for over two weeks. Seems to be scanned, checked for details/visa/immigration etc, and then released, only for it to be re-scanned and go through the same process again!! I had a look online at their Trustpilot reviews. I didn't think it was possible to have a score lower than 1. It is truly shocking. I noticed that a lot of the replies to the reviews were asking the reviewer to contact UPS via their Trustpilot email which is: [email protected] So I decided to email them and enquire what was going on with the customs issue. They replied a couple of days later in the usual corporate fashion with what is clearly automated and predicted text, with no personality at all. Simply stating that there was nothing they could do and recommended I monitor the packages via the UPS app. Another pointless process. Hope you guys have better luck than me, its now been just short of a month since I ordered from TG.

Oh ffs Watched Pheas Airsoft vid last night and he managed to get his inside of two weeks with no charges! very lucky.

New update - It looks like one of my packages has been released through customs and now has a big green tick next to it (the other package is still in Poland and has the Brexit disruption reason next to it). Hopefully, the first package should be here very soon. Not much, but its some progress 😄

Its £220 on Dave's CustomAirsoft. PatrolBase seems only to have the C edition. Cant seem to find it on other UK retailers. Its £100 cheaper on TaiwanGun. You're probably looking around £30-£40 in brexit charges (give or take a few quid), plus at least 2 weeks wait and £12 initial UPS delivery charge. So, still works out cheaper if you import it, but are you happy to wait and go through all the brexit red tape?

Same here. Seems to be different for everybody. Will let you know if I make any progress with them. Both my packages were supposed to be delivered yesterday, and the dates have yet to change on UPS website!

Yeah I paid them via the UPS website. The charges came through almost immediately. Literally a day or so after the package was shipped. I'm hoping it will be here relatively soon.

Further to this, I've just been contacted by UPS who have since sent me an email asking me to complete a Firearms Form, detailing my UKARA details and the details of the venues I regularly play at. Have completed it and sent back. Hopefully, everything will go smoothly....

Hey guys, just to say that I've also ordered twice from Taiwangun since they started sending to the UK again. Dispatched via UPS as usual on 12/2/21 and still waiting now for them to arrive due to Brexit delays. Delivery has been rearranged twice. According to the UPS tracking notes, it came from Poland to the UK, and was then sent back to Poland two days later, then Germany and now back in Poland again. Have been charged the Brexit fees which totalled £110 approx. Will let you know when (if) they arrive. Think its safe to say, this is a bit of a nightmare, especially when I've spent near enough £400 on items.
