  1. Hi all, I'm trying to locate a replacement bolt release for my GBBR which seems to have snapped (see pics) Rather than send it all back to Patrol Base, id rather try and replace the part myself. I know that Double Eagle utilises Western Arms and G&P parts but cant seem to find any replacements online. Could anyone help me out as to where I can buy one? Preferably in the UK.   3. Have spent the last four days trying to get a sensible answer from UPS via email and Twitter. Both are terrible responses. Cutting a long story short, neither of them actually help or answer any questions; they simply repeat what is said on the tracking information. Managed to give them a call and spoke to several departments. Eventually got through to brokerage who stated that the only reason my package has been held for almost four months is because TG didn't submit the correct paperwork; an original invoice depicting VAT and delivery charges. One. Simple. Document. They said they would call TG and request the paperwork. Great, I thought, we're finally getting somewhere. I had a copy of the invoice that was sent to me from TG and forwarded that to UPS brokerage. Have had no reply. Emailed TG asking them to submit the document needed. No reply. Latest update: Parcel is still going back to TG. Emailed TG again, this time they replied saying sorry and they will give me a refund by the end of the day. I asked them to just submit the requested document. Have heard nothing since. Not even a motion to actually process a refund. This was on Monday morning. I'm not gonna win this one 😩. It seems so senseless that after all this time, I feel no one will actually do anything to help. UPS are a shower of shit, and TG just can't be bothered. It can be sorted with just a simple document. Sorry guys but after four months of trying, I just wanna give up. I'm glad that most of you have got your new rifs, but as for me, I'm really, really fucked off. Edit: Sorry for the rant, just needed to vent.
  4. Well done mate. My latest update is that it's cleared customs, and is either arriving back with the sender or to me on 25th Feb 2021. Yep, it's going back in time .Unfuckingbelievable. I don't know what else to say 🤷.
  5. I wish I could say I was surprised 😩UPS have gone from delaying delivery to actually returning items without consent, or making shit up about refusals. Didn't think they could sink any lower to be honest.
  6. Just spoken to UPS customer service, who were actually quite helpful (hard to believe, I know). The return to sender has been requested to be cancelled and the package delivered back to me. Whether or not that happens, is another story....

  8. UPS have just updated the tracking to say that my parcel is now being returned to TG after 4 months of waiting! You literally cannot write this shit! 🤦🤦🤦
  9. Does anyone know of a way of contacting customs at Stanford Le-NoHope? According to the latest update from UPS, my package has been with customs for the last month. They've said I'm more than welcome to contact them but can't provide me with contact details! This was after they asked me to contact TG to ask them why my parcel was delayed, because UPS couldn't tell me the details! Just can't seem to win at the moment. TG can't help any further and fair play to them, they have tried to assist where they can. Thanks in advance 👍
  10. Me. Was sent on 11/2/21 - over two months now. it seems my package has been a subject of investigation by customs, and UPS wont give a clear answer as to what the issue is. TG are in talks with them but no one is telling me anything. I don't know if the parcel is coming to me or going back to TG. Its really frustrating not knowing what's going on especially after waiting so long and paying £250 for something I may never get!!
  11. Mine did exactly the same. It seems my parcel is no longer linked to my account. Have emailed UPS customer service. No reply as yet.

  15. Same here, had an email this morning saying I can now open a dispute with the shipper. Its not the shipper I'm blaming, its you incompetent idiots!! SMH Same here
  16. haha yep full rif. All untouched. All good. You've still got all this to come. my friend. It appears that until all the packages on the truck are scanned/accepted by customs, ours stay there and are 'scanned in' again every 72 hours.
  17. I had an email from this address: [email protected] It relates to the actual person though, rather than a general inbox. Hope this helps. My package arrived today!! Best part is, this is the second of two parcels sent out by TG. The first one is still in Stanford, and has been for 3 weeks now. This second one was in Poland for 3 weeks, and yesterday was imported, then today was delivered. No customs clearance, no firearms form, no English invoice. Its very clear that UPS are all over the place. There's still hope out there guys.
  18. I just replied to the email they sent it from, as an attachment. Had another email back a few minutes later thanking me for my efforts! I guess you'll have to wait until they send an official request.

  20. So this is a new one from UPS. They have just sent me an email asking for me to provide them with an English invoice of my order from TG. They attached the original Polish one, and are saying they wont clear it until they have it in English. Im not aware of TG providing English language invoices, so i've simply replied with screen captures of my order from the TG website. This is just getting silly now....
  21. 😂Probably still delivered quicker to you from Uganda, than the current UPS fiasco! Mine said the same, and then it went through customs three more times. Hopefully yours will be a bit more productive.
