Advert Questions posted by 1967PF44

  1. @RangerI have asked the same question in PM, the reply was that it’s genuine. But I’ve never seen that box design ever, and I’ve owned about 15-20 vortex sights over the last 5 years. Also that style of Strikefire was only marketed as the Strikefire II, as far as I am aware and as far as my research has taken me so far.

pic of the box end with the retail label will help clarify

There is the answer @Ranger, Virtex have only ever produced optics with the VIP warranty, it has been pretty much their selling point since day 1

  2. For anyone thinking of buying this and the sellers information - this is not an easy fix if it is a genuine TM mark 23 magazine. They have a built in pressure release valve that will have failed by using the wrong gas ! -they don’t come apart like normal gas mags, you need to drill a pin out and then seal up the release valve - NOT AN EASY FIX - perhaps seller could amend the listing

  3. Don’t ever pay for the enhanced compensation with parcel force - it doesn’t not cover RIFS, also unlike everything else in the world - parcel

force fees have actually gone down in price and packages up to 20kg can be sent for £10 now - your right though it used to be £17 for that size

  4. Not a question as such, but a little assistance that should help you sell these, to a wider audience

any of these case should be postable with Royal Mail/parcel force for under £10, certainly the 2 trimex cases will cost £8.95 with parcel force 48, maybe less with RM TRACKED medium parcel depending on dimensions (weight won’t be an issue- they take up to 20kg) and all you need to do to post is cable tie the lock points - parcel  force will even bring the label to stick on the box.

    hope this helps
