Exactly, that is why I said it would obsolete the green gas mod.

For me it was hard to empty a mag of bbs, with it full tank of gas. I guess the main reason behind the number 2 mags was this issue. Almost made the mod a must(for me at least). Curious to know if modding the 2 mags will get an ever higher capacity that the older ones.

Tokyo Marui just made the green gas mod obsolete on those mags with the 2 on it. @Bada Bing another great video. Not often do they stop playing around me they also ask if it runs on gas. Not many gas rifles were I play(Portugal).

Hey @rocketdogbert, they did heat it but it won't budge according to them. While searching for the topic I found this wich some of you may already know by now but it's in pre-sale... https://www.wgcshop.com/products/tokyo-marui-mtr16-g-edition-gbbr

Hey guys For those of you that have the MTR16 and are struggling or struggled with the part above, I need your help. Since I don't have a vice I ended taking it up to a shop in order to change the inner barrel. So they just contacted me saying that they need to put it in the vice to try and loosen it, so far so good but then the said that they would not be responsible should it break. So my question to this great collective is if anyone had issues loosening this part, and by issues I mean if you ended up breaking the upper receiver in the process? Or it is sturdy enough to handle the stress? Thanks in advance. PS: I don't know the type of vice they have

@camden Hold the NPAS in place with a screwdriver for example like it is shown here (and using the technique that @Cyberlawyer described) if you don't use the vents, you can always use more force, but you will eventually end up scratching the NPAS(and possibly ruining it so don't)

That grip though... Portuguese things 🤣 right @Laborda? (I´m Portuguese to so I share the same pain) Indeed

Also, I would argue that Portugal is not the worst country to be playing with GBBR since we don't get harsh temperatures(at least near the coast) like in some other countries. So the cooldown effect is not as big/harsh. Also in summer with temperatures like 35º they really come alive.

I have a very similar looking rifle here. my stock broke as well so I was forced to change it Internal upgrades are: - a DP lightweight bolt(with reinforced parts all around) - sixG nub - Promy 370mm barrel.

I have the DP lightweight bolt carrier and I am pretty happy with it. @hunter511 @chrislocho

I plan on running a similar build myself, but with 307mm promy inner and stock TM buicking. Already have a NPAS in the rif just wanted to get an idea of the range I would get with 1.3J/0.28g bb´s

How far can you shoot using the DMR? asking because the legal limit here in Portugal is 1.3J and that's exactly where you at using those 0.28g bb´s.
