The one on the link looks like a matte finish, reminiscent of 3D printing (I don't know if that one is, I know some prop versions have been in the past.

I can guarantee you that the product available on my website, and the one on the link sent earlier are not the same. You can see for one that it doesn't have the correct enamel finish.

The whole reason why the business model works....is being good at understanding the value of items on the used market. It's not as though I'm picking these up for £500 and trying to flip them for an extra £1000. Similar packages fetch similar amounts in places all over Europe and the USA. The buyers decide the market for these. Okay, you ask someone to custom machine, or cheaper still, stamp these items out of steel. I'm sure it will be far cheaper than even paying for the ever increasing Groza prices.

Lol, "inflation" has nothing to do with the price of a discontinued collectors item. These packages vary depending on condition and "original" accessories more so than any other average gun. Finding a Groza packages with the suppressor, four 9x39 magazines and the rail is extremely difficult. Similar packages fetch similar money in other countries. Gone are the days where you could pick one of these up in the box for less than £1k, even with no accessories.

It does indeed come with the trolley...and the shield 🫡 They definitely made them even then, and have made many revisions to their products since. Regarding the Bren pricing, I'm still waiting for updates. They only came up with a pricing structure for a minimum order quantity of 100....and I'm not in a position to fulfil that lol

Weapon mounted. Handhelds would be much cheaper. That's a handheld unit with far inferior specs though. Sure it's a thermal, but I'm mainly talking about thermals scopes with a half decent spec list

I'm looking at retailing a decent budget friendly entry unit for ~£730 through my business, just waiting on the unit to arrive for review. Just been upgraded so that now every unit has <18mK NETD value. Built in laser rangefinder and some other nice bits. The spec sheet is the one on the left. It doesn't mention the LRF but my model would have it. Also has a built in ballistic calculator for different rounds. Are people still after thermals these days? What does a "budget" thermal mean to you?

It will be more than that but less than the total cost if you factor in shipping and taxes. Octagon, and their FCW arm have a lot of operations based out of HK, which is also where Viva Arms are based. I have to factor in that extra cost to get it into the UK. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Octagon have managed to get it into the US at minimum cost, one way it another. Based on the fact I also know what the wholesale prices are for all distributors.

There's been a LOT of requests for Viva to make it into a full size Mini 14, I'd certainly say that's the better option. We'll see how open they are to changes. I've asked them to make a Bren gun for the UK market. Considering they already make a ZB26, I'm hoping they'll accommodate...

Raresoft is set to become the UK distributor for Viva Arms products. Lots of historical replicas otherwise unobtainable will make their way to UK shores soon... MG34 Maxim M1910 M19A6 M19A4 ZB26 Just to name a few.... There will also be separate CNC gearboxes available.
