Brens will hopefully be later this month 🤞 The MG34s and Brownings have just been shipped! Hopefully they'll be here in time to show at the Midlands Airsoft Fair. Will try to get a restock in anyway but I don't think there's many left in this last manufacturing batch....

New Viva Arms "Ranch Boy" Ruger 10/22 GBBR (Samson-style stock)
BenJackson replied to BenJackson's topic in Latest News
Honestly from what I've gathered when speaking to Viva, it seems stock, there's certainly no proprietary issues that I've been told about, so at this stage I would say that it's essentially an SSQ clone in it's entirety Literally the first thing I asked for when they initially announced it! Although don't expect it anytime soon...whilst the body modifications would be easy, unless they licence a VFC or TM system (good luck with that), it means either "cloning" it or developing your own entirely...at which point it risks being a cool paperweight. -
Due in early November, based on the Nov SSQ system, so if you're already into the platform then mag availability won't be an issue for you. 1J out of the box, can change quite easily using the various nozzles already on the market for the platform. Rifle and magazines available at https://www.raresoft.co.uk/product-page/viva-arms-ranch-boy-gbbr

After trying relentlessly....I've now managed to get the SR2M GBBRs, magazines and all accessories (suppressors and mounts etc) available as a UK pre-order, considering the only place in the entirety of the EU that was planning on selling these apparently was Evike EU. https://www.raresoft.co.uk/product-page/raptor-lambda-defence-sr2m-gbbr All other accessories are also on the site. Currently scheduled for launch sometime in November, subject to change

Because there are no "shady practices". I don't run business that way. The "patch" aka this kit, which I ran for about 6 years with no issues either in person or online until HRC, weird. I only put that together because I found the K98K. You can complain about anyone in the Frontlines Airsoft Discord too who also do historical kits, who are a great bunch of guys. Yeah I made some comments about that too, look at the rules about the server and how militant and childlike they are. Never had any issues anywhere before, or since, and certainly not related to the way in which I conduct business ? HRC has its own reputation, and its not just coming from me. I'll leave it at that, as this has far detracted from the original point of this thread.
-
I got banned from HRC for "shady practices" did I? Care to quote what they are, or are you going to still waffle on about something else you don't understand? You're more than welcome to showcase what your shipping prices are after your proact order for a rifle ? They were literally the shipping options presented. You can call me a numpty, but the fact is if you believe margins are anywhere close to 100% for airsoft guns in the UK (try removing a zero, you're much closer), then every single UK airsoft retailer would like a word.

Have you ever thought nobody is getting products "wholesale" from proact? And if it was that simple, why are no other stores in the UK hundreds of pounds cheaper for the same thing because of who they're getting it from? Why would any store price themselves out of the market and encourage people to shop from overseas stores, when they can just make a profit by not doing that? After shipping costs (which you've missed) and taxes, maybe you'll pay around £600 from Proact. Shipping is often £100+ on airsoft guns. If I could buy it for 30% less than you can directly....why wouldn't I, or literally any UK business just sell it for more or less the same price as it would work out for you after fees, and still have that margin?
-
You have absolutely no idea if you think UK stores are making 100% markup on literally any airsoft gun.

Mid-late October on the website, but in all likelihood it should be sooner than that. Rather have a pleasant surprise than a disappointment!

After asking Viva, they are 120rd Mid caps.

Today's the day.... Bren pre-orders are now live! Magazine pricing and availability soon to follow... https://www.raresoft.co.uk/product-page/viva-arms-bren

The one on the link looks like a matte finish, reminiscent of 3D printing (I don't know if that one is, I know some prop versions have been in the past.
-
I can guarantee you that the product available on my website, and the one on the link sent earlier are not the same. You can see for one that it doesn't have the correct enamel finish.
-
It will be going on my VFC AK as soon as it arrives, and then I'll make a product review to showcase, but it should be no problem

Proud to be bringing the first readily available OKP-7 replica to the UK market! Currently have a Picatinny version in production, just waiting on some information back from the factory next week and hopefully I can launch a dovetail rail version at the same price point, or maybe ever so slightly more depending on cost. Discount available for initial customers willing to pre-order, before going to full price on general launch (ETA early August) https://www.raresoft.co.uk/product-page/raresoft-optics-okp-7-replica-picatinny-version

9304.00.0000 That's what I've used the last few times if I remember correctly (just remove the dots if any error flags up)

UPS, just make sure to declare it properly, and use the correct tariff code for airsoft guns.

The whole reason why the business model works....is being good at understanding the value of items on the used market. It's not as though I'm picking these up for £500 and trying to flip them for an extra £1000. Similar packages fetch similar amounts in places all over Europe and the USA. The buyers decide the market for these. Okay, you ask someone to custom machine, or cheaper still, stamp these items out of steel. I'm sure it will be far cheaper than even paying for the ever increasing Groza prices.
-
Lol, "inflation" has nothing to do with the price of a discontinued collectors item. These packages vary depending on condition and "original" accessories more so than any other average gun. Finding a Groza packages with the suppressor, four 9x39 magazines and the rail is extremely difficult. Similar packages fetch similar money in other countries. Gone are the days where you could pick one of these up in the box for less than £1k, even with no accessories.
