  1. Ordered from these guys a couple of weeks back and absolutely zero complaints. Not only was the delivery super fast, it was also quite transparent with regards to charges. Their delivery time was quoted at approx. 10 days and it came under that. All was well packaged and clearly addressed. It initially came from a Czech firm and was handed over to DHL to complete the trip in the UK. 10/10 would buy from again. Also to add the quality of the components is unreal, all their own in-house branded stuff and I could not be happier with it. Very impressed with that and also their prices. (I ordered in Czech zloty using Paypal)
  2. I'm curious to know that if you hadn't been chasing them immediately, would the order even have been picked up and shipped by now? Avoiding at all costs from now on
  3. Seen this before - we work on ecommerce sites and it's ghost stock so it could be with a supplier - but then the supplier could be out of stock and they don't know. Bit of a trick to ensure they always look like they have stock. Aim to avoid buying if stock quantity is 1 - or contact the retailer just to be on the safe side. ... If they respond of course 🤔
  4. Love that 😁 And after they had their big "Back in the game" sale - won't be chancing it with these guys again, no matter how cheap their deals are.
  5. They finally have a notice up on their website about delayed shipping which is a step in the right direction.

Update again - I've been keeping up with the thread on the UKAC Facebook group and there's a lot of people having the same issues I did - my PayPal request is through, gave it a few days of sending messages and have now escalated it to PayPal. PayPal didn't even question it and are awaiting response from Gun-Fire - I think a lot of people have done the same from what I can see so they'll be lucky if PayPal don't penalise them. Someone had been waiting over a month for some BBs and a bucking so it's not even the size of the orders. It's a shame because they've been award winning and like everyone says they've used them for years without issue. Someone has properly cocked up on their side, so I do hope they can get back on their feet properly.
  7. Good (in a way) to know others are seeing the same issues as me. I also received the same email about the move of warehouse. Received over the weekend: I think based on others having the same issue, I'm going to put the Paypal refund request through now.
  8. Placed my first order with these guys last Thursday and its been stuck at the Order Processing stage since then. I've sent a chase email. I did note they had a bank holiday on the 3rd so could be playing catchup with orders so I've given them the benefit of a doubt so far. My UKARA was included and just seen they've started a big sale too. ~~~~ Update: Now being over a week, I've sent another 2 messages since, including a copy of the pro-forma invoice I have from the site and still nothing. I'll give it the statutory 14 days then I'll cancel via PayPal. ~~~~ Update: My order has finally moved to the "Packed" stage - so one would assume it's getting shipped today. No email confirmation, I had to check through the website. This probably means I'll receive it next week, fingers crossed.
  9. Sounds like a bit of a bad experience in the post above, but I noted the dates and perhaps they were shut until the 4th January? I know my business was. Did it get sorted in the end? I ordered some parts in the new year, a madbull hopunit and barrel and all arrived very promptly a day later so I was very happy with the service I received.
