i like the look of a FAL but havent really looked into them to much before. Anyone got any good suggestions where to get one? what type to go for ? and the overall pros and cons of the gun itself? thanks !

I've found its performing just as well as before, slightly more noticeable arc when shooting but once id adjusted my hop it was firing well. Got it chrono'd at the weekend too and was firing around the 320-330 FPS mark. Just be mindful that you have to swap out the outer barrel for new one as it isn't threaded as standard. Ive attached a video with really helped me out with that if you need it.

Hi all thought i would just share a few pics of my old(ish) two tone UMP 'sportsline' Pretty simple stuff with switching in a new threaded for the silencer and repainting the receiver but what a world of difference it makes to this gun. Wouldn't believe it was the same one ! Thanks

Just found this vid which is more than helpful and i think it answers all my questions. correct me if im wrong but the 'competition series' is essential what we call the sportsline ?

Hi guys Ive been looking to repaint the receiver on my UMP as the ABS polymer plastic is starting to look a bit work and tired now. Ive never done this before and am looking for some advice on the best paint and way of doing this without spoiling the look of the gun and the markings on the receiver. Thanks!

Hi guys I've got the Umarex H&K UMP sportsline edition and was looking for a silencer to fit to the gun purely for cosmetic reasons and to add a bit of range, i was just wondering how easy it is to change out the barrell for this gun and fit an after market barrell and silencer? Has anyone done this before ? i hope so as umarex don't produce a silencer compatible for this gun as standard, so it will have to be some work to change it to accomodate an aftermarket silencer and barrell. Thanks !
