Has adjustable hood and waist with cord locks , 2 chest pockets , velcro cuffs , velcro and pockets on arms.
 
Size Medium 
 
Used condition , no rips , holes , stains etc . Velcros a bit worn etc ... Pictures show the condition clearly.
 
Been used for Hiking , camping, general moderate outdoor use , so wear , smell etc is consistent with these activities.
