The Blackwater SIG P226 X-Five is a beautiful piece – the real pistol is built off of a P226, and is hand assembled in Germany specifically for competition shooting. It features an elongated slide & frame for improved accuracy, and features the usual double action trigger, though in place of the de-cocker is an ambidextrous frame mounted safety ala the 1911-style.

Manufactured by KWC this replica is sublime – the build quality alone is exceptional, with a fantastic slide to frame fit. It is evenly weighted for an extremely comfortable shooting experience. Powered by 12g Co2 capsules  this gun offers strong recoil and great accuracy, and an incredibly snappy slide return time. The Co2 is held in the gun’s magazine, which sits flush with the pistol’s frame for a much more realistic look. The magazine holds an impressive 27 BB’s, with each Co2 caplet lasting approximately 50+ shots.

This pistol features an extended accessory rail for attaching optional extras such as flashlights, lasers etc, and also has a threaded tip facilitating the addition of a silencer. Although the pistol is quite large (the frame of the gun is the same size as the P226 E2), it is comfortable and very solid. Manipulation of the pistol is simple, and due to its ergonomics it is comfortable in virtually every position. It is an extremely impressive pistol, and certainly a contender for the title of ‘best SIG P226’
