Description
Had this for a while but is now surplus to requirements and I have no interest in upgrading it anymore.
It's got a nice and heavy full steel build quality reminiscent of an E&L AK albeit less rusty 😉. A bit heavier but much nicer overall than the full metal CYMA bizon in my opinion.Â
The stock is rock solid both folded and unfolded. Takes a bit of finesse and helps if you use both hands to manipulate it but you could fit a side folding stock should you wish.
Â
It works fine but is nothing special and could do with a nice bucking upgrade and some gearbox TLC for a faster firerate. It does have a quick change spring system which is nice. Very average run of the mill performance but it looks totally tubular.Â
Â
I've currently got it fitted with a mag adapter that allows it to use the longer and much better quality CYMA magazines. When fitted the two prongs of the mag sit very close to the flash hider so I've fitted an inch long 14mm ccw barrel extension to make the mag easier to fit in a pinch. The CYMA mags feed much better than the original PPS mags and if you know anything about airsoft Bizons its that they can be picky fuckers with their magazines and this adapter negates that problem.
Â
I've also included the 2x high cap PPS flash mags but one has a crack on it. you can fit these by just removing the flashhider and barrel extension, sliding the cyma mag adapter off and putting the flash hider back on. Personally I wouldn't bother using them for skirmishes because they don't feed particularly well - but if you want a more realistic look for display then they do look better on the gun than the CYMA mags.
