Description
I bought this in China for a loadout and never got around to getting the helmet for it, alas. It is therefore new!
The helmet cover features a velcro rectangle on one side for a patch, and a velcro-closed flap on the other side, through which is supposed to run the cable for NODS that go to a battery pack carried on a soldier's LBV, part of the PLA standard issue smart-ish soldier system.
I believe this helmet cover is designed for the older PLA QGF-03 helmet, rather than the newest QGF-19. As the QGF-03 is based on the PASGT, it should theoretically fit a PASGT-type helmet, though I haven't tried it.
