TM AKM wood kit bought from Eagle Six IF Japan, i believe the wood is Beach - it originally had an awful bright red polyurethane stain, ive stripped it and put a double layer water based stain on it, no vanish so if you want to finish it yourselves you can
or give it a light sanding and put your own stain on it.
