This is a brand new cnc metal rotary hop unit that already has the arm modified with an m-nub designed to work especially well with flat hops and r-hops, greatly increasing accuracy by giving a more even contact patch for the bb.  I have another one of these in my dmr build and has never ever let me down a single time with double feeding or hop reducing by itself over time. (Basically much better than the prowin lol)
