Unable to list new classifieds advert

Hi everyone,

 

Has anyone else had an issue posting new adverts into the classifieds section?

 

I’ve been getting an error message for the past three weeks saying:

 

”You cannot create new adverts because you reached the maximum number of 10 allowed adverts for your group per week”

 

At present (and for past week or two) I only have 3 adverts live (not completed) so I should be below this limit of 10 adverts.

I have tried contacting the admins via the contact us function a couple of times but not heard anything back.

 

I guess my question is, is this just me and is there any other way of getting in touch with an admin?

My first time writing a post on here so I hope I’ve found the correct subsection to put this.

@Grave Squirmer sorry mate, we're having a massive problem  with the classifieds,  proffrink has literally just made a thread explaining what hes doing to resolve the issues.

i would consider deleting old ads as they are being made live again by the system, but an alternative temp solution that might work, maybe try to edit your most recent completed advert to show the new item you want to sell.

Its not perfect as its likely to be down the listings but if people are searching for something it should appear ?

I've literally just sold a rig that was buried deep in the classifieds listings.

Are you aware of a way to show hidden ads? As we don't have a delete option, I assume my hidden ads are being refreshed along with the ones I can see? Would love to be able to use the classifieds again after a few weeks of this message 😂

On your profile page you'll see a drop down, ive circled/arrowed it, click on it & scroll down, & select adverts, that should show everything you've posted in the classifieds 🤞🙏

I think that’s an admin feature bud as it’s just shown me the 3 adverts I have listed currently

Mine shows no adverts but I’am locked out as I have reached the maximum for the week, despite posting non.
