But I do agree that some real-steel shooting practices do work well in airsoft, while others (most of them) very much do not; some do work with a bit of modification though. Oh don't get me wrong, there's a lot to learn, but BF, Hop, and GT are all there to keep that consumer industry churning in the US. Just constantly buying new guns, buying new parts for those guns, cycling through built-up and stripped-down builds, etc, etc. Watching Guntubers buy and sell LPVOs and Dot+Mag combos like 5 times round as the discourse goes back and forth between the two gets aggravating and I think Airsofters don't need to worry about like 99% of what they talk about. Stuff about concealment, moving quietly through terrain, and observation are useful if you're on a large site/MilSim though. Getting serious about gear is especially fun for MilSims. Hami Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago The best tactic we Airsofters need is getting fitness and flexibility up 😂 Rickwales, Lozart and Lyndication 2 1
Rickwales Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago Thanks for all the replies. Another question, my son wants to know if he's allowed to play with a pistol in each hand? 😁 I think not, but I said id ask. Akimbo he calls it.

TBH he'd be able to almost anything he wants, akimbo would be cool to watch... esp if he face plants (safely of course). Rickwales 1

That made me laugh out loud... He says he's going to practice first in the garage. But your right, would be funny to watch. He's watched too much John wick I think. 😆 The guys on our site want 3 point contact on the rifles, which spoiled his fun. Thanks for the reply mate. This arrived yesterday, another present for his birthday. Can't wait to try it. ButcherBill 1

I have done it and it’s huge fun for 2 or 3 mins then a pain when you have to reload the mags. Have a look at GBB SMG’s if he wants that kind of fun! Love using my WE Apache MP5 for up close and personal with a kick. Really interested to know how he gets on with the mini launcher, looked at them a couple of times but never purchased. Rickwales 1
Rickwales Posted 19 minutes ago Author Posted 19 minutes ago We've got an mp5 in the collection, the cyma blue edition. It's my favorite. His birthday not till December, but I buy early as Xmas expensive time already. Will definitely post update when he's tried it. I test fitted it, but fighting the urge to shoot it... He's got a TM gold match to go with it for BDay. I mentioned reloading, his answer was 2 holsters. He has an answer for everything. 😆 HZR13 1
