Hey guys,

I have a double eagle UTR45, its firing 4-5 shots on both single and auto with 2 beeps/vibrations following. Any ideas? the manual says '2 vibrations: system error/module stuck'

I have stripped the gun down and nothing seems to be stuck. Ive tried resetting the Falcon control unit but still does the same thing. At a bit of a loss with it, i've tried reaching out to double eagle but they've been no help, they just asked me to contact the provider (patrol base) but with it being 2+ years old i don't see them being any help.

Is the mosfet/falcon control unit dead?

I don’t know the unit, but it sounds like it is time for a Perun.

Perun?

Perun Hybrid; an excellent control unit.

I agree that it sounds like the Falcon is dead, however the GATE Titan II is an exact fit and 100% works with the stock trigger (the Falcon is basically a cheap GATE Titan II clone with a lot of the configuration abilities / features not present)

It's easy peasy, it's only held in with one screw (sometimes there's a little hot glue holding its wiring in place inside the gearbox shell). Also you should only have to swap it in, the existing sticker on the selector plate should be fine.

Also the Falcon has an always only light level of active braking, so you'll also need to enable this, but only a slight amount.
