WildBoneZ
Hi All, Small but niggly issue with 870 (Brand New) The magazine/shells do not always want to release when I hit the the mag release. I find they get stuck and you need to wiggle them out with a small screwdriver which is less than ideal for reloading. I was thinking it maybe the shells that come with the shotty, has anyone else ran into this issue? I checked through the forum but could not find a related topic. I'm used to the springer shotguns in the past and they would happily flip the shell out when you hit the eject.
Cannonfodder
Mine sometimes does that too and as I understand it it's a common problem and can be prevented by not being gentle with the release button. Also if/when it happens I find it easiest to push the shell back in and hit the release button again rather than trying to lever it out with a tool WildBoneZ
WildBoneZ
Thank you @Cannonfodder I did find that being a bit rougher with the release button sprang out the shell, Was curious if it was a common issue or I had a lemon, I know gas shotties are temperamental at best!
