Wonky trigger

I, and my 2 smallest ankle biters, were playing at Outpost by Chester again last weekend when I started having an intermittent trigger issue. I'd pull the trigger and nothing, or it sort of hesitated and felt slow. The battery was fully charged.

A couple of days later I went to zero in my acog and the same thing happened.

What's the general consensus of the hive mind? Battery or something with the trigger.

Oh, it's a GC16 with a Perun mosfet.

By Perun mosfet I assume you have something that plugs into the G&G trigger board, ETU++ or the older ETU Upgrade Kit.

Can you confirm?

For how long have you owned the RIF?

G&G ETU trigger boards are notoriously flimsy and their microswitches (they have three, one for the trigger, one for the cutoff lever and one for the selector plate) tend to commit sudoku pretty frequently.

Another option would be a semi-loose motor connector.

Worst case the motor is getting tired

Yes ETU ++. I've had it about 8 or 9 months, it was bought second hand but hadn't been used. The condition it was in confirms this, it really was like brand new without a mark on it.

Yes, but Sudoku sounds funnier and catches people off guard :D

I suppose you don't have access to a stock G&G mosfet unit to swap the ETU++ for and rule out any possible faults on that side eh?

How are the various connectors? Solid? Wonky?

Have you tried a different battery? (even better would be to try with a different motor as well)

Just tried a different battery and still doing it. Yes, i still have the original mosfet, I'll try that next then I'll start opening things and check connection.
