Biggie-Banana264
What type of connector is this please, I have a skyrc b6 imax but can’t seem to find a connector for this type of battery
Supporters Lozart Posted August 9 Supporters Share Posted August 9 Main connector is a mini Tamiya, small connector is a JST. The small one plugs into the white socket on the side of the B6, line up the black (-ve) wire with the -ve side of the socket (it's designed for also charging bigger batteries with more cells). Note that the mini Tamiya IS NOT wired the same as the RC wiring of the same connector. If you buy adaptors make sure you get the right (airsoft) type. Sewdhull
Use the croc clips on the Tamiya connector, as above you need to match the wire colour cos you may have a battery of either polarity on those Tamiyas. My suggestion would be to ditch the Tamiyas and pop on some xt30s or xt60s if space isn't a problem. I know ppl like the Deans, but its large compared to the xt 30s and the xt60 is better in every way. It is however satisfactory in airsoft.
