Anyone ordered from gate directly…?

 

have ordered a complete gearbox says up to four weeks lead time. 
 

has anyone had any experience ordering in terms of how long it actually takes for them to dispatch.. been nearly 2weeks and not one email since confirmation.

I ordered one of their piston heads when they were first advertised. Took a while if I remember correctly.

 

That said, if it says "up to four weeks" then maybe "nearly 2 weeks" isn't actually long enough to wait yet?
