Rddevo
Hi all I upgraded the motor in my sa-eo3 and since it has started misfiring. It only happens in semi auto and the motor randomly begins spinning and then stops midway through before the piston moves fully. The motor works perfectly before it interacts with the gears ,the battery is brand new and fully charged. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing it? EDcase
Duno what you mean "motor randomly begins spinning" My guess is that the new motor may be a different type and throwing off the MOSFET. Depending on its TPU. Is it a high-speed or high-torque motor?
Rddevo
You can hear the motor start and the gears start turning and then it stops dead. And it’s a high speed.
EDcase
Sounds like its stalling. What spring and what battery?
Rddevo
It’s the stock 1J spring and a 7.4v 15c nurpol
EDcase
You say its 15c but pic shows 20c I guess its not enough power for a hi-speed motor so you might need a 25c battery. With the MOSFET I don't think you can use 11.1v Edited March 28 by EDcase
