I have worked on several airsoft Glocks, both TM and WE and have never had a problem replacing the hammer unit back into the frame.

For some reason the TM Glock 19 has presented me with no end of difficulty. Sometimes the hammer unit goes in, but most of the time it takes ages and only goes in part of the way before catching on something. If I concentrate on getting the rear of the unit to fit by pressing down on it, the front then refuses to go down, however much I rock it backwards and forwards, or up and down to find the sweet spot. It shouldn't be this difficult. I thought it might be the Guarder frame I bought for it, so switched back to the factory one, but it didn't make any difference.

What am I doing wrong. Is there a particular angle at which the unit should be inserted?

Does it help if you manipulate the trigger at the same time too?
