So I recently got some weakness in my UTR45 stock springs, and so I replaced them with some Maple Airsoft superfeed springs.

I've seen people talking about cutting them down but with some struggle I managed to get the whole spring in; should I have cut them down or will I be okay?

If you experience MidCap syndrome where it struggles to feed the first few rounds when the mag is completely full, then cut them down. If not then leave as is.

It's not only the first few rounds, the mags jam throughout the whole magazine just before the feed hole
