Quirk With Setting a Classified Ad as 'Pending'

Hi folks,

 

Just a question out of curiosity with setting an item to ‘pending’ on the classifieds.

 

Some ads would let me set an item to depending had I agreed a sale but needed to wait a few days for payment, and some wouldn’t. Turns out if you have ‘offers’ allowed it removes the option to set an ad as ‘pending’. Easy to remedy on the sellers side. If you want to mark a sale as pending simply edit your sales post and turn ‘offers’ off, was just wondering if this was by intent or not?
