Vintorez..which one?

Would anybody care to educate me regarding the VSS Vintorez,as in which make is best,how many makes are there,upgradeability and what to look out for?

Looks favourite from reviews but seems harder to find.

Thanks but I am a great fan of pre-loved=T.I.G.H.T member......plus I don't know if I'd keep one if I bought it,I used many M4's before I bought a new one.
