WE F226 and Sight Upgrades?

I wonder if one would be able to fit tritium sights on an F226?

 

Or has anyone tried a dab of luminescent paint on their pistol sights?

did you you ever get anywhere with this?

 

i have spent ages looking, but can’t seem to find any sights that fit.
