Hey all; just need a quick opinion on what video editing program is suitable for editing 1080p quality videos from the field? I run on a 32-bit W7 system and most programs i've tried (Vegas 11, Videopad, WLMM) don't seem to be doing great by me.

Sony Vegas is a good choice on Windows. What is it you don't get on with it?

It's having an audio issue; wont transition the sound from the AVI recordings into the timeline and i've tried finding seperate audio codecs to install but it's having none of it.
