sam000
thanks mate and can always send it back if it doesnt. i was just wondering if i would need like any adapter plates ?
Supporters Rock-climby-Dave Posted October 24, 2010 Supporters Share Posted October 24, 2010 nope, that should fit on exactly like your current handguard does. dont forget thouhgh, you WILL be getting rid of the battery space on the gun, so you may want to order a PEQ box or crane stock and rewire thr gun
sam000
ok thanks i was just wondering what i would need to re wire the gun ? thanks
Supporters Rock-climby-Dave Posted October 24, 2010 Supporters Share Posted October 24, 2010 re wire it to the stock: crane stock or something else that will fit batteries at the stock possibly an extension kit just open the gearbox up, feed the wires to the hole at the back of the box close it up feed wires thru the back of the reciever and into the stock (very basic, look on google for better description) for a PEQ box: take wires and plug into PEQ box. I know which I would go for in your position
sam000
haha i might as well just get a peq haha thanks for the help. and have you seen the afg grips? and if so are they any good? thanks for your help.
Supporters Rock-climby-Dave Posted October 24, 2010 Supporters Share Posted October 24, 2010 good is entirely subjective. personally, I don't like them, but that is my opinion. they will be well made though, which I suppose is what good may be referring to in this sense. but my preference will always just be a plain gun with no fore grip, unless its an MP5K or similar. Supporters Rock-climby-Dave Posted October 24, 2010 Supporters Share Posted October 24, 2010 Im going to assume its a piece of wire which can be added to the wires on the battery/gun to lengthen it. as to needing it.... I have no idea, It depends how long the wires on your battery/gun are and how close to the wires you can fit the box.

Supporters Rock-climby-Dave Posted October 24, 2010 Supporters Share Posted October 24, 2010 no probs, it's what we're here for. just make sure your batteries will fit in it, they have fairly limited room in them
