Last year we all sorted out a camp site for our group as well as swapping phone numbers to ease logistics and finding everyone.

Also this is to sort out numbers and whether we can husband resources for maximum efficiency, maybe also include approximate arrival times?

PM me your mobile number and then a few days before the game I'll send a round robin with everyone's mobile number on.
