jay83
Hi lads, I have just brought a G&G top tech from Swindon airsoft and i have to say they were very easy to deal with and would recommend them. UPS let me down and didnt get my parcel to me for the weekend like id asked but thats not Swindon Airsofts fault. I would use them again for sure and the guy i spoke to on the phone was very friendly.
evilfree
I bought my DE M56C from them at the start of November, was slightly over priced but I wanted it quick. They were a pleasure to deal with. The shotgun no longer loads all 3 rounds now, so I am hoping I get a good warranty experience with them also!
jay83
please update us with if you do or not. Ya the price was higher then everyone else but they were the only one with any in stock so was worth it.
evilfree
They only offer a 1 month warranty with the DE tri shot shotguns. Bit gutted to be fair, spent 75 quid on it after postage, only for it to break 2 months later and with less than 50 shells through it. I just need to suck it up! jay83
Everything Airsoft seems so have a short life unless its TM, hoping my G&G Top tech really is as good as they say.
TomC
Just thought I would share my experience with Swindon Airsoft. Over Christmas I was looking at purchasing a G&G MP5a5 in two-tone from them. Within a couple of days I had a answer message on my home phone from one of the Swindon Airsoft employees asking me to contact him ASAP. The website had said that there was two of these guns in stock but when they came to process my order (I.e. get the gun and spray it to make it two tone) the guns internals malfunctioned (I can't recall exactly what but it was not good enough for them to sell it to me) and the other one they had in stock had been sold. The guy who was talking to me on the phone seemed very genuine in his apologies and we sorted out my refund over the phone with no issues. My overall feeling from this attempted purchase was surprisingly quite a good one! It's good to think that they tested it before they sprayed, packaged and set it off to me. If they didn't this would of been a right pain in the arse to get sorted, not to mention P&P fees. The main thing for me was that the bloke ringing me up seemed sincere in his apologies (for things that are not really his fault). This was such a positive customer service experience that I was looking to buy from them again but they seemed to be suffering the "out of stock" issue that lots of online retailers seem to be getting. Also they offer free two-toning which is nice.
