flanders56
Hey guys, I am 21, just finished my law degree, bored of education, having a gap year and have always always wanted to get involved with Airsoft. I love paintballing, own a few BB guns just for fun at home but nothing substantial and I live in Bristol. I have just put a post regarded advice on my first Gun to get so please go to the Guns, Gear and Loadouts to give me a helping hand. I am willing to learn, research, invest, meet, practise and get involved =] Looking forward to getting to know and potentially meet some of you. Thanks for any future Advise I am sure to get. Zyras
Hi, Best advice i can give, get a decent starter rifle, but dont spend butt loads, you'll get your UKARA soon enough then you will find what type of gun you actually like and move on from there. I started with an almost dead MP5, did me 12 games then bought my first rif. I still dont have camo or vest etc, but tbh, that suits me fine till i find something i am comfortable in. Most importantly, as i'm sure the guys will say, get yourself along to a game and dont be shy to say "Hi, i'm just starting, any advice?"
THE FNG
First, welcome to the forums!Second, don't go into sniping straight away. A mistake a lot of new players make (me being one of them) is getting a sniper first before an aeg. I still use my sniper, but it's needed a load of upgrades, most of them costly, and it still needs a little work. Finding which role is for you will come after a few skirmishes, so don't worry about that. Best of luck!
