jg g36 firing problems

hi guys i have a g36 was ok for a couple of hours then it stopped firing on semi switch to full its fine back to semi may fire 1 shot then nothing back to full then works again any advice would be welcome.

sounds like your gears and piston teeth arnt meeting properly i would advise to re shim it and check all the teeth on both the piston and the gears and then post your findings and we can go from there?

possibly the selector plate just a guess though

i also thought the selector plate going to send them the gearbox (taiwan gun) and they said they will replace or repair plus refund postage in the form of bbs they wanted the gun but only accept returns by royal mail and would cost £24 so will wait and see thanks for advice.
