Ive got one and the short answer is no. Its hit and miss with the accuracy. About one out of 5 shots will go dead straight with a high percentage rearing sharply off after about 40foot. I have put about £200 of upgrades into it and it still doesnt fire deadly straight every time (although the accuracy is actually ok now). General rule is that if you want a sniper to be of any real use you will need to spend about £500 to get it to do so and even then there is no guaranty that it will fire dead straight (like in my case).

Other problems Ive had with it also include:

.Sling mount breaks

.A screw at the back of the bolt assembly comes loose and eventually you cant fire the gun

.The trigger assembly somehow comes loose from the bolt assembly quite easily leading to the gun slam firing (not bieng able to shoot at all)

If you can overlook these things its actually usable but dont expect to be making any long shots most of the time :P
