will this still hold normal batterys

Hi all am thinking of getting this and wonderd if anyone onows if the room inside is the same as the original handguard they are shut today so i cant order it or phone about it

No you can't put a standard battery inside it, you'll need a peq box to hold the battery

or you can rewire it to the stock
