Hi guys,

Got a minor problem with my WE G18 C gen 4. The BB's seem to shoot a bit to the left upon leaving the barrel. As I can't zero in the iron sights I can't really work around this. I've been told that it could have something to do with the hop up unit alignment but I've tried twisting it around to no avail.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Are you holding the gun sideways?

But seriously, this is almost certainly a hop-up problem (either the nub, bucking or the orientation of the hop-up unit). Can't say I've every taken apart a WE G18c, so this is only very general advice indeed.

If you're confident enough that you can do it, then take the hop up unit apart, but I'd hang around to wait for someone who has more experience with WE, because their Glocks do not have a great reputation as being reliable.

Well I haven't actually taken the hop up unit apart. Just twisted it while it was still on the inner barrel. I've taken apart my AEG quadrillion times so I have no problems with this. just wondered if anything else might be a miss before i start ripping stuff apart :)

Well there's no reason for the BB to be travelling like that unless you have an incredibly dirty inner-barrel or something is wrong with your hop up unit. Solution is usually to take it apart and put it back together again.
