The 'What have you just bought' Thread

Got 3 stick mid caps for my 1918 Thompson. The drum mags I bought with it are not very practical due to weight and of course the noise. One had an annoying rattle when it arrived so I rang patrol base who immediately offered to send me a replacement. The guy told me to keep the broken one and told me to have a tinker which I did, I removed a small piece of plastic that was floating inside. Little tricky getting it back together as I've never stripped a mag before but the magazine now work's perfectly. Bargain.
I've partially loaded them in stages and will work up to full capacity as per advice from TaiwanGun and on here.
