New site?

Very interesting. More sites are a good thing and hopefully this'll be somewhere accessible by public transport

It's been in the works for a while, definitely not an April Fools.

hi, just have a look to see if there is any chat about our new site ☺️

To give you a bit more info, the whole site is around 20 to 25 acres, but the playing area (only) we are working on at the moment is about 5-6 acres. We are concentrating our efforts on this area to get us going. (otherwise it's never going to happen) We have been working for about 5 or 6 weeks so far, but the rain last month did not help. The site is mostly being laid out and designed by an ex-head marshal from GB Airsoft (Great Bromley, Essex) with some help from ex marshals of GB and Airsoft Skirmish Billericay. We have had a few Airsoft volunteers down here the last few weeks, also, that's really helped us out a lot to push things forward. We still have a few things to get and sort out before we can get running and we are hoping to be ready be the end of April 😬, but we are trying our best, and when we are done, we hope some of you can make it down there and you like what we have done with the site 🤞

ps if you know of any props or stuff you think we could use, locally, let us know

its around 2 miles from Stansted Airport, and the links to there are great even if you from Poland 🤣 it's walkable from the airport but prob best get a taxi (bus is possible)

😂

The site nearest me is 140 acres. RIFT Redcon 2 is 70 acres.

5 acres and parking for 70 cars, so 70+ players, is gonna be horrendous.
It's workable. I took part in ~60-70-player games at the Battery when it was open and that site was smaller than 5 acres - there were some bottlenecking problems with walkways between a couple of buildings, I admit.

How it plays with that many people does depend a lot on rules regarding pyro along with lines of site with the structures and barricades put in place. Of course, you need people playing honestly by not blind firing or putting their muzzle to a small gap.

A big indoor CQB site is maybe 8000 sq feet, and that's the shop and safe zone, etc., there is 43500 sq feet in just 1 acre, and that pure playing space, this is only the first stage, phase one is big enough its but not crazy big but its plenty for 70 maybe 100 at a push we think, but this is why we are doing a test game first to see how many can play in comfort. The test game is for all of the volunteers, marshals, and friends, and we are going to let around 20 more players be picked from the player sign-ups here https://skirmishsite.base44.app/. The test game, all going well, will be about mid or the last week of April

Hi guys

I also work at bbguns4less . It's 100% real not an April's fool.

A lot of spare time has gone into building the site which is phase one. This will inc smaller outdoor cqb and woodland area. Next phase new safe zone and indoor kill house. And phase 3 the main field

I used to work for skirmish Billericay and I taken some inspiration from what I built over there for example the woodland cqb and missiles.

I have managed to get some good marshals from Airsoft Gb which loved thr idea of a new site and based on a Saturday event as well

Atm the concept of the site will hold 60-70 players but when phase 3 is completed im hoping to hold 100-120 people but as they say walk before you run.

Really great if you guys could support us. I been inspired by my old site Airsoft Gb which I played there for years and im hoping to rekindle that style of game play and atmosphere.

You might see a lot on fb pages under bbguns4less if you follow us or Terminal Six airsoft.
