Need help identifying

Looks like an M4 that's missing a few parts.

Bad jokes aside, it would help if you could give us a bit more info (AEG or GBB?) and include close ups of any markings etc

A quick Google lens search of just the markings on the lower receiver is making me think G&P. They're the only manufacturer using white markings like that

Ok well thank you for your help I really do appreciate it. Ill attempt to purchase parts to make it whole again.

Also looking again I think the only missing part is a flash hider. The previous owner (I'm guessing you bought it second hand) removed it and covered the longer inner barrel with a surpressor which they didn't include when they sold it on

I was actually gifted the gun by a resident of a property where I work.
I shall look up the item needed.
Thank you.

Trades look off for g&p ?
Could just be the photo.
If its a g&p the outer barrel will cw thread and they was called mre.

Rather than getting a suppressor to cover the extra barrel length, I'd probably recommend just getting a shorter inner barrel and flash hider.

The one that's in it currently looks massive, and I don't know if it'll be too long for the cylinder volume that's in it.
